How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
3. The Thirteenth Doctor triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Repeat.

This delightful puzzle transforms Sensei's Divining Top into a free, repeatable engine by leaning on Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability to cast spells from the top of your library using counters as an alternate cost. Foundry Inspector lowers that casting cost to zero, meaning you can continuously tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place it back on your library, then immediately recast it for free by removing the very counter it just generated. Meanwhile, The Thirteenth Doctor ensures this loop is self-sustaining by constantly replenishing those counters through its Paradox trigger whenever you cast the Top from outside your hand.
