The Legend of Kuruk // Avatar Kuruk + Teleportation Circle + Auton Soldier
How it works
- Activate Auton Soldier using Avatar Kuruk's ability by paying 20 minus 1 for each creature and/or artifact you can tap while activating it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
- At the beginning of your end step, Teleportation Circle triggers, blinking Auton Soldier. Choose to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Avatar Kuruk.
- Repeat each turn.
This dazzling chain transforms a massive mana investment into an endless procession of extra turns by taking absolute mechanical advantage of copy effects and blink mechanics. While The Legend of Kuruk // Avatar Kuruk provides the immense Waterbend exhaust ability to seize extra turns, its high cost is easily mitigated by tapping your other permanents. The true brilliance of the loop, however, relies on Teleportation Circle routinely resetting your board state at each end step to bypass the once-per-game restriction on exhaust abilities. By having Auton Soldier enter the battlefield as a copy of Avatar Kuruk, it wipes away the previous exhaustion marker and treats itself as a fresh entity ready to pay for and activate the ultimate time-walk ability turn after turn.
