How it works

1. Activate Zopandrel using Myojin of Blooming Dawn's ability by removing an indestructible counter from it, creating a 1/1 Spirit creature token for each permanent you control.
2. When the Spirits enter the battlefield, Kor Celebrant triggers that many times, causing you to gain that much life.
3. Activate Zopandrel by paying 4 life and sacrificing two Spirits, putting an indestructible counter on it.
4. Repeat.
5. If you control at least two additional permanents as the combo starts, this combo nets infinite lifegain and creature tokens.

This clever loop turns Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus into a token-producing engine by using Agatha's Soul Cauldron to grant it the activated ability of Myojin of Blooming Dawn from exile, allowing you to strip off an indestructible counter to flood the board with Spirit tokens. Because Myojin enters with that counter only if cast from hand, Zopandrel's own sacrifice-and-pay ability—fueled by the Phyrexian mana—lets you continually sacrifice two of those newly minted tokens to put a fresh indestructible counter right back onto Zopandrel, resetting the whole cycle. Meanwhile, Kor Celebrant happily sits by watching the commotion, triggering on every single entrance to pad your life total into the stratosphere.
