How it works

1. Cast Animate Land by paying , causing Orzhov Basilica to become a creature until end of turn.
2. Put a +1/+1 counter on Orzhov Basilica.
3. Activate Orzhov Basilica by tapping it, adding .
4. Utopia Srawl triggers, adding .
5. Activate Vigean Graftmage by paying 1, untapping Orzhov Basilica.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms a humble bounce land into an infinite mana engine by turning it into a creature with Animate Land and setting up its mana production to pay for the untap loop. Orzhov Basilica provides the base mana, but it needs a little help: Utopia Sprawl enchants a Forest to turbocharge the land's output with an extra blue mana every time it taps, ensuring you generate more mana than you spend. Meanwhile, Vigean Graftmage provides the key untap ability fueled by that extra mana, utilizing a +1/+1 counter on the animated land to keep the cycle spinning.
