How it works
- Cast Technomancer by paying 5.
- When Technomancer enters, it triggers, causing you to mill three cards and return Phyrexian Metamorph from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Technomancer.
- When Phyrexian Metamorph enters, it triggers. Holding priority, activate Megatog by sacrificing Phyrexian Metamorph.
- Resolve the Phyrexian Metamorph trigger, causing you to mill three cards and return Phyrexian Metamorph from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Technomancer.
- Repeat from step 3.
This recursive loop hinges on Technomancer and Phyrexian Metamorph continuously resurrecting each other from the graveyard through their own entering-the-battlefield triggers, since a Metamorph copying Technomancer easily meets the condition to pull a fellow artifact creature with a mana value of 6 or less out of the bin. Meanwhile, Megatog provides the crucial outlet to sacrifice the copying Metamorph in response to its own trigger, resetting the loop and fueling the Megatog with massive +3/+3 power boosts and trample along the way.
