How it works
Cast Technomancer by paying 5.
When Technomancer enters, it triggers, causing you to mill three cards and return Synth Infiltrator from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Technomancer.
When Synth Infiltrator enters, it triggers. Holding priority, activate Megatog by sacrificing Synth Infiltrator.
Resolve the Synth Infiltrator trigger, causing you to mill three cards and return Synth Infiltrator from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Technomancer.
Repeat from step 3.
This loop hinges on a clever recursion chain between Technomancer and Synth Infiltrator, fueled by Megatog to reset the pieces. When Technomancer hits the battlefield, it brings back Synth Infiltrator as a copy of itself, allowing the newly entered clone to trigger its own graveyard-fetching ability. Before that second trigger resolves, you feed the cloning Synth Infiltrator to Megatog's sacrifice ability, sending it straight back to the graveyard so it can be reanimated once again. This creates a perpetual cycle of entering and dying that churns through your entire library via self-mill while generating an arbitrary number of sacrifice and trigger events.
