How it works

1. Activate Warren Soultrader by paying 1 life and sacrificing the persist creature.
2. When the persist creature dies, its persist ability triggers, returning the persist creature from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When the persist creature enters, Impassioned Orator triggers, causing you to gain 1 life.
4. Resolve the Warren Soultrader ability, creating a Treasure token.
5. When the Treasure enters, Mm'menon triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on the persist creature.
6. Repeat.

This clever engine transforms a persistent creature into a self-sustaining sacrifice loop, utilizing Warren Soultrader to repeatedly turn that body into a valuable Treasure token while offsetting the life cost with Impassioned Orator. As each Treasure hits the board, Mm'menon, Uthros Exile triggers to place a +1/+1 counter on the recurring creature, instantly neutralizing the -1/-1 counter it received from its persist ability.
