How it works

1. Cast Storm of Souls by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Storm of Souls.
4. Holding priority, activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Naru Meha.
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Storm of Souls
6. Resolve the Storm of Souls copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This clever recursion loop begins by casting Storm of Souls to flood your board from the graveyard, setting the stage for Naru Meha, Master Wizard to flash in and target that very sorcery with its copy ability. By using Viscera Seer to sacrifice Naru Meha in response, you clear the way for the copied Storm of Souls to immediately return Naru Meha from the graveyard back to the battlefield, triggering its ability once again to copy the original spell. Because Storm of Souls turns everything into 1/1 Spirits, Viscera Seer also lets you continually sacrifice these revived threats to scry through your entire deck while generating infinite death and sacrifice triggers.
