How it works
Cast Storm of Souls by paying its mana cost
Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Storm of Souls.
Holding priority, activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Naru Meha.
Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Storm of Souls
Resolve the Storm of Souls copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat from step 3.
This loop begins when Storm of Souls sweeps your graveyard to flood the board, returning Naru Meha, Master Wizard and Bloodflow Connoisseur alongside any other fallen creatures as 1/1 Spirits. When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, its triggered ability targets the original Storm of Souls on the stack, allowing you to copy it. Before that copy resolves, you use Bloodflow Connoisseur to sacrifice Naru Meha for a +1/+1 counter, sending the Wizard back to the graveyard so the newly resolving Storm of Souls copy can bring it right back to repeat the cycle indefinitely.
