How it works

1. Cast Storm of Souls by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Storm of Souls.
4. Holding priority, activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Naru Meha.
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Storm of Souls
6. Resolve the Storm of Souls copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This crafty loop uses Storm of Souls as the engine to pull your entire creature graveyard back to the battlefield as 1/1 Spirits, bringing Naru Meha, Master Wizard and Bartolomé del Presidio right along with them. As Naru Meha enters the battlefield, her triggered ability targets the original Storm of Souls on the stack, allowing you to continually copy it and sustain an endless recursion of your fallen creatures. Meanwhile, Bartolomé del Presidio provides the necessary outlet to sacrifice Naru Meha to reset the loop, growing larger with +1/+1 counters every time she hits the graveyard.
