How it works

1. Cast Storm of Souls by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Storm of Souls.
4. Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Naru Meha.
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Storm of Souls
6. Resolve the Storm of Souls copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop uses Storm of Souls to flood the board with your fallen creatures, while Naru Meha, Master Wizard steps in as the engine's core by immediately copying the spell upon entering. Because Naru Meha's entry trigger lets you target the original Storm of Souls from the stack, you can sacrifice Naru Meha to Altar of Dementia in response, milling an opponent while sending the Wizard safely back to the graveyard. The newly resolved copy of Storm of Souls then brings Naru Meha right back to the battlefield, restarting the cycle and allowing you to repeat this process indefinitely.
