How it works

1. Cast Storm of Souls by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Storm of Souls.
4. Holding priority, activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Naru Meha.
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Storm of Souls
6. Resolve the Storm of Souls copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This ingenious loop centers around casting Storm of Souls to flood the board with your fallen creatures, while Naru Meha, Master Wizard steps in upon entering the battlefield to copy the spell right back onto the stack. Before that copy resolves, you leverage Umbral Collar Zealot to sacrifice Naru Meha—fueling your surveil triggers and sending the Wizard safely back to the graveyard—so the resolving copy can resurrect Naru Meha all over again. Because Naru Meha's entry ability continuously targets and replicates the original or copied sorcery, this creates an infinite cycle of resurrections, sacrifices, and library manipulations.
