How it works

1. Cast Storm of Souls by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, targeting Storm of Souls.
4. Holding priority, activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
5. Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Storm of Souls
6. Resolve the Storm of Souls copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This ingenious loop relies on Storm of Souls to repeatedly flood your board with every creature card waiting in your graveyard, scaled down to 1/1 Spirits while keeping all their text boxes intact. By casting Dualcaster Mage into the mix, its enters-the-battlefield ability jumps on the stack to copy the original sorcery, allowing you to chain fresh copies endlessly. Before that copy resolves, you can feed Dualcaster Mage to Viscera Seer's sacrifice ability to clear the way while digging through your library with infinite scrys. Because the newly resolved copy of Storm of Souls brings the mage right back from the graveyard, you can restart the whole cycle at will to harvest boundless death triggers, leave-the-battlefield events, and enters-the-battlefield bonuses.
