How it works

1. Cast Storm of Souls by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, targeting Storm of Souls.
4. Holding priority, activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
5. Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Storm of Souls
6. Resolve the Storm of Souls copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This loop turns your graveyard into an engine by cycling Dualcaster Mage through the battlefield and the waiting jaws of Bloodflow Connoisseur. When you cast Storm of Souls to flood the board with your fallen creatures, Dualcaster Mage drops in to copy the sorcery right off the stack. By sacrificing the Mage to Bloodflow Connoisseur before that copy resolves, you clear the way for Storm of Souls to pull Dualcaster Mage right back out of the graveyard along with the rest of your crew, ready to copy the spell all over again.
