How it works

1. Cast Storm of Souls by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, targeting Storm of Souls.
4. Holding priority, activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
5. Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Storm of Souls
6. Resolve the Storm of Souls copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop begins by leveraging Stormof Souls to flood your board from the graveyard, setting the stage for infinite recursion. When you flash in Dualcaster Mage, its enter-the-battlefield ability targets that very same Storm of Souls to keep the cycle going. Meanwhile, Bartolomé del Presidio acts as the engine's sacrificial outlet, allowing you to feed the Dualcaster Mage back into the graveyard while growing larger with every iteration.
