How it works
Cast Storm of Souls by paying its mana cost
Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
When Dualcaster Mage enters, it and Blasting Station trigger, with Dualcaster Mage targeting Storm of Souls.
Resolve the Blasting Station trigger, untapping it.
Holding priority, activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Storm of Souls.
Resolve the Storm of Souls copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat from step 3.
This loop transforms your graveyard into an engine of endless devastation, anchored by the mass resurrection of Storm of Souls. By casting Dualcaster Mage into the stack while Storm of Souls is waiting to resolve, you force the Mage's enters-the-battlefield ability to copy the very spell that brought it forth. Each time the copied Storm of Souls resolves, it pulls Dualcaster Mage and any other fallen comrades right back from the graveyard, triggering Blasting Station's untap ability as they arrive. You then simply sacrifice Dualcaster Mage to Blasting Station to ping any target, using the freshly untapping artifact to feed an infinite cycle of fiery doom.
