How it works
Cast Storm of Souls by paying its mana cost
Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, targeting Storm of Souls.
Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Storm of Souls
Resolve the Storm of Souls copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat from step 3.
This clever loop turns a graveyard full of creatures into an endless cycle of sacrifice and resurrection, fueled perfectly by Storm of Souls bringing back Dualcaster Mage every time it resolves. As Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, its triggered ability targets the original Storm of Souls (or a copy of it), allowing you to continuously copy the sorcery while using Altar of Dementia to sacrifice the Mage before the copy resolves. Because Storm of Souls strips away the creatures' original power and turns them into 1/1 Spirits, Altar of Dementia mills your opponent for just one card per sacrifice, but you can repeat the process infinitely to grind through their entire library.
