How it works

1. Cast Storm of Souls by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, targeting Storm of Souls.
4. Holding priority, activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
5. Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Storm of Souls
6. Resolve the Storm of Souls copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop begins by casting Storm of Souls to set up our graveyard recursive engine, though the real magic happens when we interrupt it by casting Dualcaster Mage to copy the sorcery mid-flight. As the copy resolves, it pulls Dualcaster Mage straight back out of the graveyard along with any other fallen comrades, creating an endless cycle of entries and exits. Meanwhile, Umbral Collar Zealot stands ready to sacrifice the mage each time it reappears, allowing us to continuously churn through our deck with free surveil triggers while fueling infinite deaths and sacrifices.
