How it works

1. Activate Toymaker by paying 1, tapping it and discarding a card, causing Aetherflux Reservoir to become an artifact creature until end of turn.
2. Give Aetherflux Reservoir lifelink.
3. Activate Aetherflux Reservoir by paying 50 life, dealing 50 damage to any target and causing you to gain 50 life.
4. Repeat step 3.

This clever loop turns Aetherflux Reservoir—normally a win condition requiring a massive storm count—into a self-sustaining cannon by transforming it into an artifact creature via Toymaker. Once Toymaker animates the Reservoir, you can give it lifelink so that its own activation provides the exact life needed to pay the cost again. As you pay 50 life to deal 50 damage to any target, the lifelink connection instantly claws that life right back, creating a closed loop that repeats for infinite damage and infinite lifegain triggers.
