How it works

1. Activate Clickslither by sacrificing Putrid Goblin
2. When Putrid Goblin dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Putrid Goblin enters, Cathars' Crusade triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control
4. Resolve the Clickslither ability.
5. Repeat.

This loop turns the recursive nature of Putrid Goblin into an engine of relentless growth by leveraging Clickslither's ability to repeatedly feed on your own creatures. Every time the Goblin is sacrificed, its persist ability brings it right back to the battlefield, where the +1/+1 counter it enters with instantly cancels out the -1/-1 counter from its previous incarnation.
