How it works

1. Activate Mogg Raider by sacrificing Putrid Goblin
2. When Putrid Goblin dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Putrid Goblin enters, Surrak and Goreclaw triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Putrid Goblin.
4. Resolve the Mogg Raider ability.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Surrak and Goreclaw from a simple anthem into the anchor of an infinite sacrifice engine. By leveraging Putrid Goblin's persist ability alongside the +1/+1 counter from Surrak and Goreclaw, you continuously reset the Goblin's counter status every time it enters the battlefield. Mogg Raider acts as the sacrificial outlet that fuels the cycle, allowing you to feed the loop infinitely while generating an army of infinitely large, hasty attackers and endless death triggers.
