How it works

1. Activate Clickslither by sacrificing Putrid Goblin
2. When Putrid Goblin dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Putrid Goblin enters, Surrak and Goreclaw triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Putrid Goblin.
4. Resolve the Clickslither ability.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Clickslither into a relentless engine of sacrifice, feeding on the resilience of Putrid Goblin. Whenever the Goblin hits the graveyard, its persist ability normally brings it back hampered by a -1/-1 counter, but Surrak and Goreclaw brilliantly bypass this limitation by bestowing an entering +1/+1 counter that immediately neutralizes the -1/-1 counter via state-based actions. This resets the Goblin's persist eligibility entirely, allowing you to feed it back into Clickslither over and over to generate infinite death triggers, sacrifice triggers, and an infinitely massive Clickslither.
