How it works

1. Animate White Lotus Tile using Tough Cookie.
2. Activate White Lotus Tile by tapping it, adding at least three mana of any color.
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping White Lotus Tile.
4. Repeat from step 2.

To pull off this engine, Tough Cookie first serves as the catalyst by using its animation ability to turn White Lotus Tile into a 4/4 artifact creature, letting it tap for mana based on your shared creature types. Once animated, you tap White Lotus Tile for a windfall of at least three mana, which more than covers the activation cost needed for Voltaic Construct to untap it. By feeding just two of that generated mana back into Voltaic Construct's ability, you can repeatedly untap the Tile to generate infinite colored mana.
