How it works

1. Cast Feign Death by paying , targeting Revolutionist.
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Revolutionist, adding .
3. When Revolutionist dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. When Revolutionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Feign Death from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop spins up endless sacrifices by leaning on Revolutionist to constantly reclaim its own enabler. When you sacrifice Revolutionist to Phyrexian Altar, Feign Death steps in with its delayed trigger to bring Revolutionist straight back to the battlefield, gaining a +1/+1 counter in the process. That entry triggers Revolutionist's ability to pluck Feign Death right back out of your graveyard and into your hand, while the altar conveniently supplies the black mana needed to cast it all over again.
