How it works

1. Cause Llanowar Tribe to become an artifact using Ashnod's Transmogrant.
2. Activate Llanowar Tribe by tapping it, adding
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Llanowar Tribe.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop transforms a standard mana producer into a one-man engine by leaning heavily on permanent type manipulation. First, you use Ashnod's Transmogrant to permanently turn Llanowar Tribe into an artifact, which is the crucial bridge that allows it to interact with machinery. Once it has that artifact subtype, Llanowar Tribe can tap to produce three green mana, more than enough to fund the ability of Voltaic Construct. By paying two of that mana to untap the tribe with Voltaic Construct, you net one green mana per iteration and repeat the process to generate infinite green mana.
