How it works

  1. At the beginning of your combat phase, Saheeli triggers, causing you to pay EEE to create a token copy of Bloodthirster that is a 5/5 artifact creature with haste.
  2. When the Bloodthirster token enters the battlefield, Gonti's Aether Heart and Aetherstorm Roc trigger, causing you to get EEE.
  3. Deal combat damage to an opponent using the Bloodthirster token. The token triggers, causing you to untap it and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
  4. Repeat each combat phase.
