How it works

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Cache Raiders triggers, returning Wormfang Manta from the battlefield to your hand.
2. Wormfang Manta's LTB ability triggers, creating an extra turn after this one.
3. Activate Scroll of Fate by tapping it, manifesting Wormfang Manta from your hand.
4. Pay 5 to turn Wormfang Manta face up.
5. Repeat each turn.

This ingenious setup forces the game into a perpetual time loop by repeatedly cycling Wormfang Manta in and out of play. During your upkeep, Cache Raiders forces you to bounce the Manta back to your hand, which triggers its leave-the-field ability to bank an extra turn. You then deploy it back onto the battlefield face-down using Scroll of Fate before investing the necessary mana to turn it face up, setting you up to repeat the process indefinitely and lock your opponents out of the game entirely.
