As you cast it, Namor the Sub-Mariner triggers to flood the board with 1/1 blue Merfolk creature tokens whenever a blue noncreature spell is cast. You can then immediately feed those newly minted tokens into Phyrexian Altar to generate the exact mana needed to recast the spell, sustaining an endless loop of card draw and creature generation.
