How it works

1. At the beginning of your end step, Unstoppable Plan triggers.
2. Holding priority, activate any number of other nonland permanents by tapping them, adding at least 3.
3. Activate Lithoform Engine's first ability by paying 2 and tapping it, copying Unstoppable Plan's trigger.
4. Resolve the copy of Unstoppable Plan's trigger, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop turns your end step into an engine of limitless potential, resting entirely on the persistent cadence of Unstoppable Plan to automatically untap your board. By tapping your nonland permanents for mana or utility before the original trigger resolves, you feed that mana directly into Lithoform Engine to copy the very untap trigger that is holding priority. This duplication lets you untap everything mid-step, allowing you to repeat the tapping and copying process as many times as you desire.
