How it works

1. Cast Paradigm Shift by paying 1, exiling your library and shuffling your graveyard into your library.
2. Activate Jace's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing you to mill two cards and win the game due to drawing from an empty library.

This clever win condition hinges on manipulating your library size to instantly turn a replacement effect into victory. By casting Paradigm Shift, you completely clear out your existing library and replace it with your graveyard, setting your deck to a tiny, known size. Once that stage is set, you activate Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and use his +1 loyalty ability to draw a card; because your library is now empty, Jace's static ability triggers and translates that attempted draw directly into a won game.
