How it works
- Activate Leyline of Abundance by paying 6, putting four +1/+1 counters on each creature you control due to Primal Vigor and Solid Ground.
- Activate Devoted Druid's first ability by tapping it, adding .
- Leyline of Abundance triggers, adding .
- Activate Devoted Druid's second ability by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, untapping Devoted Druid.
- Repeat from step 2 three additional times.
- Repeat from step 1.
This elegant engine transforms Devoted Druid's self-inflicted -1/-1 counters into a surplus of permanent growth by leaning heavily on a suite of powerful static amplifiers. When you tap the Druid for green mana, Leyline of Abundance doubles the yield to two green mana, fueling a loop where the Druid can untap itself by taking a -1/-1 counter. To break out of that fragile counter-limit, you first activate Leyline of Abundance's massive mana ability; thanks to Primal Vigor doubling that instance and Solid Ground adding an extra counter on top, every creature you control receives four +1/+1 counters instead of just one. This instantly neutralizes the Druid's negative counters while leaving your entire board infinitely larger, allowing you to repeat the process for limitless growth.
