How it works

1. Activate Leyline of Abundance by paying 6, putting four +1/+1 counters on each creature you control due to Doubling Season and Lae'zel.
2. Activate Devoted Druid's first ability by tapping it, adding .
3. Leyline of Abundance triggers, adding .
4. Activate Devoted Druid's second ability by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, untapping Devoted Druid.
5. Repeat from step 2 three additional times.
6. Repeat from step 1.

This loop begins by supercharging your board using Leyline of Abundance's massive mana sink, whose counter-placement is exponentially magnified by the static replacement effects of both Doubling Season and Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion to blanket your creatures in an overwhelming number of +1/+1 counters. With that foundation set, you can tap Devoted Druid for mana—doubled once more by Leyline of Abundance—and then untap it by placing a -1/-1 counter on it. Because those -1/-1 counters are immediately offset and overwhelmed by the sheer density of your existing buffs and replacement effects, the Druid pays for its own untaps indefinitely while generating boundless green mana to repeat the entire engine.
