How it works

1. Activate Leyline of Abundance by paying 6, putting four +1/+1 counters on each creature you control due to Shang-Chi and High Score.
2. Activate Devoted Druid's first ability by tapping it, adding .
3. Leyline of Abundance triggers, adding .
4. Activate Devoted Druid's second ability by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, untapping Devoted Druid.
5. Repeat from step 2 three additional times.
6. Repeat from step 1.

This fascinating loop transforms the modest mana-generation of Devoted Druid into an explosive engine of growth. While tapping and untapping Devoted Druid by placing its own -1/-1 counters usually burns out quickly, Leyline of Abundance steps in to double your green mana production every time the Druid taps. More importantly, when you funnel that accumulated mana into Leyline of Abundance's massive activation cost, Shang-Chi, Martial Mentor and High Score work in tandem to mathematically multiply the incoming +1/+1 counters far beyond what the -1/-1 counters can ever subtract.
