How it works

1. Cast Leveler by paying 5.
2. Leveler enters the battlefield, exiling your library.
3. Cast Lokhust Heavy Destroyer by paying 1.
4. Lokhust Heavy Destroyer enters the battlefield, causing each opponent to sacrifice a creature, and you to sacrifice Lokhust Heavy Destroyer.
5. Lokhust Heavy Destroyer dies, triggering Weatherlight Compleated, causing you to put a phyresis counter on Weatherlight Compleated and return Lokhust Heavy Destroyer from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. Repeat from step 4.

This clever loop relies on Leveler to immediately empty your library upon entering the battlefield, which sets up Out of the Tombs to turn your future draws into free creature returns from your graveyard. When you cast Lokhust Heavy Destroyer, its entry forces sacrifices, but it also conveniently triggers its own demise so it can feed the graveyard. Each time it dies, Weatherlight Compleated happily collects a phyresis counter and uses its triggered ability to resurrect the Lokhust Heavy Destroyer right back to the battlefield—a cycle made possible because Out of the Tombs is standing guard to rescue the destroyer whenever an empty library would otherwise spell your doom.
