How it works
If Runaway Steam-Kin has three or more +1/+1 counters on it, activate it by removing three +1/+1 counters from it, adding .
Cast Spear Spewer by paying .
Runaway Steam-Kin triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
Activate Spear Spewer by tapping it, dealing 1 damage to each player.
Dissipation Field triggers, returning Spear Spewer from the battlefield to your hand.
Repeat.
This clever loop puts Dissipation Field to work in an unexpected way: whenever Spear Spewer deals damage to you, the enchantment bounces it right back to your hand so you can recast it. Each time you replay the red spell, Runaway Steam-Kin happily triggers to collect a +1/+1 counter, eventually fueling its own ability to refund three red mana to keep the cycle spinning. Meanwhile, Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler ensures Spear Spewer can tap immediately upon re-entering the battlefield by granting its activated ability haste, letting you endlessly ping away at the table.
