How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0 due to Council of the Absolute.
2. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Skyswimmer Koi triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
4. Resolve the Skyswimmer Koi trigger, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library, and then discard a card other than Sensei's Divining Top.
5. Repeat

By naming Sensei's Divining Top as Council of the Absolute enters the battlefield, you eliminate its mana cost entirely, allowing you to cast it for free over and over. Each time this artifact re-enters the battlefield, Skyswimmer Koi triggers to keep your hand churning through infinite draw and loot cycles. The magic of the loop relies on activating the Top's tap ability in response to that koi trigger, tucking it onto your library just in time to draw it right back out and discard your excess cards.
