How it works

1. Activate Emiel the Blessed by paying 1, blinking Skullport Merchant.
2. When Skullport Merchant enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a Treasure artifact token.
3. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns standard blinking into a self-sustaining engine by heavily discounting your activation costs with Training Grounds. Because Training Grounds reduces Emiel the Blessed's blink ability to just one generic mana, you can infinitely cycle Skullport Merchant in and out of exile. Each time Skullport Merchant returns to the battlefield, its entry trigger generates a fresh Treasure token that you immediately sacrifice for the exact mana needed to keep the cycle going.
