How it works

1. Cast Flickering Ward by paying , targeting any creature you control.
2. Alela triggers, creating two 1/1 Faerie creature tokens with flying.
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing both Faerie tokens, adding .
4. Activate Flickering Ward by paying , returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This elegant loop turns a simple enchantment into an endless engine for sacrifice and storm counts. You begin by casting Flickering Ward, which triggers Alela, Artful Provocateur to spawn a Faerie token; thanks to Primal Vigor doubling that creation, you actually get two tokens instead of one. You can then feed both of those newly minted tokens to Phyrexian Altar to generate the exact white mana needed to bounce Flickering Ward back to your hand. Repeating this cycle allows you to recast the Aura continuously, driving your triggers to infinity without ever running out of mana.
