How it works

1. Cast Kor Skyfisher by paying 1.
2. Oltec Matterweaver triggers, creating two token copies of any Treasure or Gold token you control.
3. When Kor Skyfisher enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Activate two Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, or two Golds by sacrificing them, adding 1.
5. Repeat.

This charming loop relies on Oltec Matterweaver's ability to trigger whenever you cast a creature spell, doubling up its output with Primal Vigor to turn a single cast into two token copies of a resource-generating artifact like a Treasure or Gold token. You use those very tokens to fund the mana cost to recast Kor Skyfisher, whose own enters-the-battlefield trigger forces you to bounce a permanent, neatly returning itself straight back to your hand so you can do it all over again.
