How it works

1. Cast Burnt Offering by paying and sacrificing Zealous Lorecaster, adding and then an amount of additional and/or equal to its mana value minus 2.
2. Cast Corpse Dance with buyback by paying 4, returning Zealous Lorecaster from your graveyard to the battlefield.
3. When Zealous Lorecaster enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Burnt Offering from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Repeat.

This loop transforms mana and a graveyard into an endless cycle of sacrifice and return, fueled entirely by the clever recursion loop between Corpse Dance and Burnt Offering. By casting Corpse Dance with its buyback cost, you pull Zealous Lorecaster from the graveyard straight onto the battlefield, granting it haste and setting up an immediate return trigger. The moment Zealous Lorecaster enters, its triggered ability grabs Burnt Offering right back out of your graveyard and into your hand. Finally, you sacrifice Zealous Lorecaster to Burnt Offering to generate the black and red mana needed to start all over again, fueling an infinite stream of enter-the-battlefield, death, and storm triggers.
