How it works

1. Activate Soltari Guerrillas by paying 0, targeting itself.
2. Monk Gyatso triggers, airbending Soltari Guerrillas.
3. The Soltari Guerrillas ability fizzles due to no longer having a legal target.
4. Cast Soltari Guerrillas from exile by paying 0 due to Doc Aurlock.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Monk Gyatso as a clever trigger-engine: whenever Soltari Guerrillas targets itself with its own activated ability, Monk Gyatso responds by exiling it via airbending. Thanks to Doc Aurlock, Grizzled Genius, the cost to recast Soltari Guerrillas from exile is reduced by {2}, dropping the re-entry cost down to zero. Because the original target of the Soltari Guerrillas ability leaves the battlefield, that ability safely fizzles, allowing you to seamlessly repeat the entire sequence to generate an infinite storm count along with endless creature entries and leaves-the-battlefield triggers.
