How it works

1. Activate Soltari Guerrillas by paying 0, targeting itself.
2. Monk Gyatso triggers, airbending Soltari Guerrillas.
3. The Soltari Guerrillas ability fizzles due to no longer having a legal target.
4. Cast Soltari Guerrillas from exile by paying 0 due to Sami.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop hinges on Monk Gyatso turning every target into an opportunity, transforming the self-targeting ability of Soltari Guerrillas into an involuntary exile. Because Soltari Guerrillas can target itself for zero mana as many times as you like, it triggers Monk Gyatso over and over to repeatedly bounce the guerrillas into exile. Finally, Sami, Wildcat Captain steps in to reduce the cost to recast Soltari Guerrillas down to zero, letting you recast it endlessly to farm an infinite storm count alongside endless enters-the-battlefield and leaves-the-battlefield triggers.
