How it works

  1. Activate any mana-producing permanent you control by tapping it, adding U mana.
  2. Activate Jace's Archivist by paying U mana and tapping it, causing each player to discard their hand and draw cards equal to the greatest number of cards discarded this way.
  3. Activate Mind over Matter twice by discarding two cards, untapping Jace's Archivist and the mana-producing permanent.
  4. Repeat.
