How it works

1. Cast the artifact by paying 0.
2. Toph, Hardheaded Teacher triggers, earthbending Azorius Chancery.
3. Resolve the artifact spell.
4. Activate Yahenni by sacrificing Azorius Chancery.
5. When Azorius Chancery dies, Toph, Hardheaded Teach triggers, returning Azorius Chancery from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
6. When Azorius Chancery enters, it triggers, returning the artifact cast in step 1 from the battlefield to your hand, as it's a land due to Toph, the First Metalbender.
7. Resolve the Yahenni ability
8. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the battlefield into a recursive engine by using Toph, the First Metalbender to permanently turn your free artifacts into lands. Once they share land status, Azorius Chancery can enter the battlefield and use its bounce trigger to pick up the cast artifact back to your hand, while Yahenni, Undying Partisan provides a free sacrifice outlet for the animated land. When that land hits the graveyard, Toph, Hardheaded Teacher's earthbend clause steps in to return it straight to the battlefield tapped, resetting the whole cycle. Along the way, Toph, Hardheaded Teacher even rewards your spellcasting with extra earthbend triggers, letting you endlessly recast your artifact to farm infinite storm count, death triggers, and landfall.
