How it works

1. Activate the Sliver that can be cast using by sacrificing it, adding .
2. The Sliver is put onto the top of your library instead of into your graveyard due to the replacement effect given to it by Pulmonic Sliver.
3. Cast the Sliver from the top of your library by paying its mana cost.
4. Repeat.

This loop turns your library into a self-sustaining engine by exploiting the replacement effect granted by Pulmonic Sliver, which neatly sidesteps the graveyard by sliding your sacrificed creatures straight back to the top of your library. Basal Sliver provides the vital black mana to fuel this recursion every time you sacrifice a creature, while Future Sight allows you to continuously cast those same creatures directly from the top of your library without missing a beat. By cycling your Slivers back and forth between the battlefield and the library, you generate an endless cascade of enters-the-battlefield and leaves-the-battlefield triggers alongside an infinitely scaling storm count.
