How it works

1. Activate the Sliver that can be cast using by sacrificing it, adding .
2. The Sliver is put onto the top of your library instead of into your graveyard due to the replacement effect given to it by Pulmonic Sliver.
3. Cast the Sliver from the top of your library by paying its mana cost.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Experimental Frenzy to turn the top of your library into a hidden hand, letting you repeatedly cast your creatures from exile or library rather than just from your grip. Basal Sliver provides the engine's fuel by letting you sacrifice your creatures for black mana, which immediately pays to recast them. Meanwhile, Pulmonic Sliver serves as the glue holding the entire operation together: its static ability grants a replacement effect that rescues your sacrificed creatures from the graveyard and places them right back on top of your library. By endlessly cycling the same Sliver between the battlefield and the library top, you generate infinite creature enters-and-leaves-the-battlefield triggers alongside an endlessly climbing storm count.
