How it works

1. Activate the Sliver that can be cast using by sacrificing it, adding .
2. The Sliver is put onto the top of your library instead of into your graveyard due to the replacement effect given to it by Pulmonic Sliver.
3. Cast the Sliver from the top of your library by paying its mana cost.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms a single Sliver into an endless engine of sacrifice and resurrection. By granting every creature the ability to sacrifice itself for mana through Basal Sliver, you generate the black mana needed to fuel the combo, while Pulmonic Sliver steps in to rewrite destiny by placing that sacrificed Sliver onto the top of your library instead of the graveyard. Once the top card is revealed, Summoning Materia lets you cast that very same creature straight from the top of your library to repeat the cycle infinitely.
