How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Lucius the Eternal, targeting a creature an opponent controls with toughness equal to 1.
2. When Lucius the Eternal dies, it triggers, exiling it from your graveyard and choosing the creature targeted in step 1.
3. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability, dealing 1 damage to the creature, destroying it.
4. When the creature dies, Lucius the Eternal triggers, returning itself from exile to the battlefield.
5. When Lucius the Eternal enters the battlefield, Confusion in the Ranks and Genesis Chamber trigger.
6. Resolve the Genesis Chamber trigger, creating a 1/1 Myr artifact creature token.
7. When the Myr enters the battlefield, Confusion in the Ranks triggers, exchanging control of the Myr and an artifact or creature an opponent controls.
8. Repeat from step 1.

This clever loop turns the cycle of life and death into a systematic hostile takeover of your opponents' boards. You use Goblin Bombardment to sacrifice Lucius the Eternal, whose own Armour of Shrieking Souls anchors its return to the fate of an opponent's creature.
