How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing another creature.
2. Mazirek triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
3. Scurry Oak triggers, creating a 1/1 Squirrel creature token.
4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
5. Repeat.

This loop turns a simple sacrifice into an escalating avalanche of power by cycling creatures through Altar of Dementia. Every time you sacrifice a creature to the Altar, Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest rewards the death by pumping up your entire board with +1/+1 counters. Those counters falling on Scurry Oak trigger its ability to pump out a brand new 1/1 Squirrel creature token, which immediately replaces the sacrificed fodder and keeps the engine running endlessly.
