How it works

1. Activate Volrath by paying 1, causing Volrath to become a copy of Patron of the Orochi until your next turn.
2. Put Patron of the Orochi into the graveyard due to the legend rule.
3. Activate all Forests and mana-producing green creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least .
4. Activate Volrath by tapping it, untapping all Forests and green creatures.
5. Activate Volrath by paying 1, causing Volrath to become a copy of itself as Patron of the Orochi until your next turn.
6. Repeat from step 3.
